Collection and storage of personal data

Our website allows you to request a white paper, whereby the entry of your personal data is required. Your personal data is stored only to process and document your inquiry. Your personal data is forwarded only when necessary to process your inquiry. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

For queries of all kinds, visitors can contact us via a form on our website. A valid email address is required to identify the sender and to enable us to reply. Once we have satisfied the inquiry via contact form, we will automatically delete the personal data collected.

Passing on of your data is required as per Art.6 para.1 lit. f) GDPR, and there is no cause to assume that you have an overriding interest warranting prevention of the transmission of your personal data, in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c), and such transmission is legally admissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR for the conclusion of contracts with you.

Sweepstakes

Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of participation in sweepstakes. The data is required to determine and notify winners. Winners are notified by means of the email address provided via post or email. Art. 6 para 1 lit. b) GDPR provides the legal basis in this respect. Upon conclusion of the sweepstakes, the data is destroyed.

Use of buttons with links to social networks

These buttons do not transmit any data to the respective social network. In order to leave our website, a user must first click such a button; they are then forwarded to our profile with the respective social network. Use of Google Analytics
