As The Family Butchers, we have started to rethink the world of sausage and ham, whether from animal or plant-based protein sources. Of course, much of this revolves around the production of animal and plant-based protein products in our company. But there are many other things that influence and inspire our work. We deal with a large number of topics, which we look at from different perspectives. We share highlights on individual topics here as stories.
